This tree is awesome. Some of you may recognize this tree as the tree I sent you via phone to rub it in your face that I am here and you are not, lol…
On Islamorada is a little beach called Anne’s Beach…It was named for environmentalist Anne Eaton who is from the area down here. It is a really nice little beach. If you are down here, check it out! It is fairly easy to drive right past if you do not know what you are looking for, and there are not many parking spaces. I even found a little pavilion while slogging through the water.

Ahh!!!
Posted by Tim in Florida,HDR Photography,Islamorada,Landscape Photography | November 14, 2010So, today was a very good day. Not only did I get to sit on one of the most beautiful beaches for most of the day, but I also received an e-mail from a very prominent online magazine asking me for an interview. They are naming me the # 4 “up and coming” photographer in the USA for 2011!!! Quite an honor to be sure. I cannot wait to rub that in more than a few people’s faces, lol…just kdding. Oh, and I also ate Taco Bell for lunch, can life get any better!!
This photograph is from a beach here in Islamorada. Nice little place. It is a 9-shot bracketed exposure. This is the first picture I am posting that I used Nik’s new HDR program for. I think it is an okay program, but I also think it may dumb down the process….eh, who knows. Anyways, enjoy!
